John Goodwin believes in rewarding its customers for their loyalty and has therefore developed a new scheme to demonstrate this appreciation.
Five percent of a Loyalty member's spend is returned in the form of 'Loyalty Discount Vouchers' which are issued at least twice a year to coincide with the two fashion seasons. These vouchers can then be redeemed either online or in the Windsor store to discount purchases.
In addition to these Discount Vouchers, 'Promotional Vouchers' are periodically sent to members that give other exclusive offers and promotions.
Also, Loyalty members further benefit from a complimentary alteration on every item purchased. Loyalty members are also given priority placing at exclusive store events as well as new services and promotions, some of which are exclusive to Loyalty members.
Loyalty membership is free and can be applied for in store or online.
