Chapter IV

Chapter IV

The concept behind the Chapter IV collection was for the Menswear buyers to approach some of the world’s best manufacturers and ask them to make clothes directly for John Goodwin. This would benefit John Goodwin’s customers as John Goodwin could offer some very high quality garments that represented excellent value for money because the typical costs accrued by the fashion houses were by-passed.

The quality and the styling ethos behind Chapter IV is aimed at a discerning individual; subtle details and fabric choices along with meticulous attention to detail allows the customer to enjoy the understated but sometimes quirky garments he has chosen. There are two parts to the collection: business, which is based around the suit and casual, which is a layered look that could also be good for work when a suit is not required. It's core appeal is that the customer is getting a very well made product at a very good price.
