Paule Ka

Paule Ka

French born designer Serge Cajfinger founded Paule Ka in 1987 after spending nearly twenty years discovering the world of female fashion. Through his young experiences dressing store windows of premium fashion houses like Yves Saint Laurent in Paris and setting up his own multi-brand independent store, with his Mother and aunt Paule, Serge finally decided to launch his own label Paule Ka.

Paule Ka in a few words defines true French style: chic and classic. Drawing inspiration from his childhood spent in Brazil and most importantly his love for the “little black dress” Serge creates an international collection of timeless women’s clothes.

Each season the collection reflects the era which Serge finds most exciting: the 1950’s, when Audrey Hepburn represented women’s fashion as being feminine, chic and sexy. The use of bows, organza, monochrome and a soft colour palette are the most common themes in Serge’s collections and while the classic styles remain key to Paule Ka it is constantly evolving, providing fresh and contemporary designs year after year.
