Normal Delivery Times

 

UK Mainland

For fashion items please allow two full working days from point of ordering to delivery of your order. In most instances you will receive delivery the next working day. In rare cases it  could take longer than two working days. If there are any delays we will keep you informed as to what they are the reasons for these delays.

For Made-to-Measure, delivery takes normally four weeks from point of ordering. We confirm each order with an expected delivery date. After delivery is made any further adjustments required will take up to seven days to complete.  

For picture items please allow up to four weeks from point of ordering to delivery of your order. The reason why this is much longer than the delivery of fashion items is that each picture is printed by hand and then framed.  

 

UK Overseas and EU

For fashion items please allow up to seven days from point of ordering to delivery of your order. Delivery could take longer than seven days and is largely dependant on destination. We will inform you of the scheduled time of arrival once the shipment has been created. If there are any delays we will keep you informed as to what they are the reasons for these delays. 

For picture items please allow up to five weeks from point of ordering to delivery of your order. (The reason why this is longer than the delivery of fashion items is that each picture is printed by hand and then framed.)  Delivery could take longer than five weeks and is largely dependant on destination. We will inform you of the scheduled time of arrival once the shipment has been created. If there are any delays we will keep you informed as to what they are the reasons for these delays. 

 

Rest of the World

For fashion items please allow up to two weeks from point of ordering to delivery of your order. Delivery could take longer than two weeks and is largely dependant on destination. We will inform you of the scheduled time of arrival once the shipment has been created. If there are any delays we will keep you informed as to what they are the reasons for these delays. 

For picture items please allow up to six weeks from point of ordering to delivery of your order. (The reason why this is longer than the delivery of fashion items is that each picture is printed by hand and then framed.)  Delivery could take longer than six weeks and is largely dependant on destination. We will inform you of the scheduled time of arrival once the shipment has been created. If there are any delays we will keep you informed as to what they are the reasons for these delays.

 

 

Terms

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange provided you:-

  1. Contact us within seven days of receiving delivery of your order providing a reason for the return.
  2. Obtain a returns authorisation number (RAN) from us.
  3. Ensure that neither you or anyone else has worn the goods for prolonged periods of time which might have resulted in noticeable and unreasonable wear and tear. 
  4. Return the goods in an undamaged and saleable condition with all the original packaging and labels. Labels must have remain attached; if the 'John Goodwin' swing ticket has been removed we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
  5. Return the item(s) using our shipping carrier, UPS. 
  6. Return the item(s) within seven days after receiving your RAN.

If you wish to return an item to be swapped for an alternative size we will charge for new outbound shipping.

Returns Procedure for a Refund

Please follow these steps in order to ensure a quick and easy returns process:

  1. Please contact us via email or telephone quoting your order reference number including a brief explanation as to why you wish to return the item. Please note: 
    • The order reference number is different to the shipment number. Your order reference number was included in the order confirmation email. For simplicity, you may wish to reply to this email.
  2. We will then email you a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions as to how to return the item(s) via our shipping carrier, UPS. Please note:
    • Use the original shipping box, or suitable alternative to pack the items securely including all paperwork that accompanied the original delivery.
    • Print the RAN on the outside of the box as well as the order invoice.
    • If your paperwork includes multiple items but you are only returning some of those items we will return the amended paperwork once the return has been fully processed.)
    • In order to be eligible for free return shipping we require that you use our pre-arranged shipping schedule with UPS.  
  3. Once we have received delivery of the item(s) and approved the return we will refund your card immediately. Please note that it can take up to four working days for funds to transfer.

Returns Procedure for an Exchange

Should you need to return an item in order to exchange it for an alternative size please follow these steps in order to ensure a quick and easy exchange process:

  1. Please contact us via email or telephone quoting your order reference number indicating which size you wish to swap to. Please note: 
    • The order reference number is different to the shipment number. Your order reference number was included in the order confirmation email. For simplicity, you may wish to reply to this email.
  2. We will then inform you if your new size is available and email you a Returns Authorisation Number along instructions as to how to return the item(s) via our shipping carrier, UPS. Please note:
    • Use the original shipping box, or suitable alternative to pack the items securely including all paperwork that accompanied the original delivery.
    • Print the RAN on the outside of the box as well as the order invoice.
    • If your paperwork includes multiple items but you are only returning some of those items we will return the amended paperwork once the return has been fully processed.)
  3. Once we have received delivery of the item(s) and approved the return we will ship your new size the same day or following day. Please note, in order to schedule this new shipment we will require payment for the new outbound shipping which can only be processed over the telephone; we will telephone you at a convenient time to process this payment.
